How do I apply for a loan online?

For your convenience, you can apply for a loan through online and mobile banking. Click the Apply for Loans widget and follow the online instructions.

I haven’t used online banking before. Can I still apply for a loan?
At this time, online loan applications are only available through online and mobile banking. We encourage all members to enroll in online banking to apply for a loan.

If I’m an existing online banking user, do I need to register or enroll to apply for a loan?
To apply for a loan, simply log in to online or mobile banking and click the Apply for Loan widget and follow the online instructions.

If I apply for a loan through online or mobile banking, how long will it take to get approved?
After submitting your loan application online, you should hear back from us within 24 hours or by the next business day. If you do not hear from us by then, please call our Loan Department at 800-300-9728.

How do I check the status of my loan application?
To check your application status, login in to online banking and click the Apply for Loans widget. After verifying your account number on the "Apply for Loans" screen, click on your name/username and choose List Applications. Your application(s) status will be shown.

Should I get pre-approved for a car or RV loan before visiting the dealership?
We encourage all members to get pre-approved for a loan before visiting the dealership. With a pre-approval, you’ll have the comfort of knowing how much you can afford, allowing you to focus on getting the best deal.

How do I get pre-approved for a car or RV loan?

To apply for a loan, login to online/mobile banking and click the Apply for Loans widget to get started. Through the application process, we’ll ask you to verify your identity and residence information, employment, and details for your car or RV.

How is my loan rate determined?
Your approved loan rate will depend on your credit history.
