New Loan Payment Alerts

Beginning in May 2026, we’re expanding our account alert reminders so you never miss a due date. Automated loan payment reminders will be sent via text to remind you about an upcoming loan payment. These messages are from WPCCU and will include a link to our online payment portal and may look like the examples below. You can STOP reminder messages at any time.

Sample message 1: WPCCU: You will receive recurring monthly msgs. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for info, STOP to stop or call 1-800-300-9728. Sample message 2: WPCCU: A loan amount of <amount> will be due on <date>. If paid or scheduled, please disregard. To pay now tap here: <link> or call us at 1-800-300-9728.
